Monstroscopy is an interactive installation commissioned by the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh allowing visitors to perform endoscopic "surgery" on a giant monster of unknown origin. Inserting their hands through incisions, they carry out surgical tasks inside while watching on CCTV screens inside hospital carts. The actions performed inside cause the monster to respond in various ways: speaking, breathing, wagging its tail, etc. Created in collaboration with Isla Hansen in 2013.
